Because family means everything to them, Sirish knew that a marriage proposal would not be perfect unless they were surrounded by those they loved. So, he waited for a large family celebration, bent down to one knee and asked Aradhana to be his bride.

LOVE STORY
A love that originally began in high school reignited in 2009 thanks to Facebook. Then, during a gondola ride ascending to the peak of a snow covered Mammoth Mountain, Steve asked Lareina to be his wife.

LOVE NOTE
Lareina’s father gave a heartfelt toast during her and Steve’s vintage, romantic wedding day and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.

I started my business in…
2010.

This is how it came to be…
I always had a camera in my hand, and when I was gifted a new DSLR for Christmas I knew I wanted to do more than just capture moments but capture couples in love. I always wanted to do something in the wedding industry and this was such a perfect fit.

A little bit about my background…
I grew up on the beach in Huntington Beach, CA. In fact, I am lucky enough to say my parents still live in the house they raised me in. I am married to a pilot named Ryan who happens to look just like Ryan Gosling. I know, rough right ;-). We currently live in Long Beach, CA overlooking LGB airport. I actually went to college for Air Traffic Control as aviation has also played a huge role in my life ever since I was little. I enjoy spending time with my husband, my best friends and my adorable little dog, Briar who is a poshie (pomerian sheltie)!

I find inspiration…
Through couples in love and in wedding magazines!

The floral element I never tire of…
Blush toned flowers ‑ they look amazing with everything. Oh, and peonies!

The perfect wedding day signature cocktail…
Malibu rum, cranberry juice and orange juice.

My favorite wedding color palette combination is…
Blush pink, mint green or teal, and navy blue and gold! GAH!

Two words to describe my style…
Romantic and timeless.

I love weddings because…
Besides the day their children are born, it is such a significant day in someone’s lives. They may be living out of their parent’s home for the first time, taking care of someone else and expanding their family.

Something every couple should know after they get engaged…
Pick your venue ASAP. Dates tend to book up a year in advance so be sure to nail down your venue and your photographer quickly.

My best advice to couples for the big day…
Sit back, relax and enjoy! No one is ever going to know if something didn’t come out how it was suppose to. Have a great time and remember to step back every now and then, take a deep breath and take it all in.

If I could have any other occupation in the world, I would…
Honestly I LOVE what I do, but I would have to say being a Disney Princess at Magic Kingdom in Florida. 😉

If I had no limits, my dream vacation would be…
Europe! All over Europe from Italy to Greece to Spain to Iceland I want to see it all!

My favorite reality TV show is…
Not a huge reality TV fan, but I can watch Friends, Gossip Girl and Gilmore Girls on repeat on Netflix any day!

If I could have front row seats to any concert, I would see…
Taylor Swift or Justin Timberlake.

I am currently listening to…
Ed Sheeran on Pandora.

My favorite places to shop are…
Any mall. I love variety but mainly boutique stores; I love giving back to small businesses!

My biggest pet peeve is…
Not being on time. I always grew up that being on time is 10 minutes early.

The best day of my life…
My wedding day!

Three words to describe my dream wedding…
Romantic, blush tones and fairytale.

My favorite staycation spot is…
Disneyland.

If money were no object, I would…
I would buy a house at the new Disneyworld neighborhood (Do you see a trend here?).

I believe…
That life is too short, do what you love, love what you do. I believe in the philosophy it never hurts to ask and if you work hard your dreams will come true!

My favorite thing on my desk is…
My multiple memory card reader, helps me upload all those pretty photos soooo much faster!

Favorite local restaurant…
El Burrito Grill in Long Beach.

Something most people don’t know about me…
I am fluent in American Sign Language and competitively danced for 4 years!
