PASADENA, CA Dwight and Jazzmin first met in college, where they both played Division I basketball. Although they both played sports, they had very little interaction with each other in college. Shortly after graduating, Dwight and Jazzmin reconnected at a party and decided to go on their first date to the L.A. County fair. Three years later, on the rooftop of the Perch Restaurant in Downtown L.A., Dwight got down on one knee, professed his love for Jazzmin, and asked her to be his wife. And of course, Jazzmin said yes! Like many women, Jazzmin started fantasizing about her wedding at a young age. So right after Dwight popped the question, she started planning her dream wedding. She envisioned a color scheme of ivory, champagne, and of course, a touch of blush pink (her favorite color)! She wanted a consistent theme of “simple elegance” throughout her entire wedding. On a cool, sunny day in June, Jazzmin’s dream wedding came to life. Dwight and Jazzmin’s friends and family enjoyed a touching ceremony in the gardens of the luxurious Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, with a view of the city in the background. Dinner and dancing followed in a room filled with oversized floral centerpieces, sparkling sequence table clothes to light up the room, a grand white dance floor, and of course a decadent sweets table to quench their guests sweet tooth! Dwight and Jazzmin describe their wedding day as “absolutely magical!”
